The Supply Scrubber sits outside the WWTP building or tank, generates highly ionized air which is delivered to the building through ductwork, and then distributed throughout the application area using AirDuct. The odorless air exits the building through an exhaust fan.
The Air+ Supply Scrubber is a custom designed, double wall, outdoor air handler that delivers highly ionized air through our AirDuct system into the wastewater treatment building or tank head space. The ions react with hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) and other odorous gases providing continuous odor control and corrosion protection. Heat can be incorporated combining multiple trades into one piece of equipment.

Yes. Air+ can add an electric or gas-fired heating coil to the Supply Scrubber to heat the building. Adding a heating coil saves tens of thousands of dollars in engineering, equipment, and construction costs for a separate HVAC system.

The Supply Scrubber uses MERV 8 and MERV 11 filters to remove particles from the air. A Magnahelic gauge informs operators when to change the filters. The ion tubes are replaced yearly. They are inexpensive and easy to change.
